Following her bon voyage to Bon App at Eva in December, Barbara Fairchild is stepping out at Nic’s in Beverly Hills this Thursday evening for a meet n’ greet with her fans. Fairchild will sign and promote her new book Bon Appetit Desserts during the event, while Nic’s pastry chef Zak Means will make some of the book’s sweets, including Meyer lemon semifreddo, vanilla bean marshmallow, and chocolate caramel slice. Cashing in on years of the editrix’s hard work, Nic’s will also have a seven-dollar cocktail called the “Fairchild” for sale. Thursday, February 10th, 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Nic’s. No cover!
