Tricia Tracey, who was the executive chef at Ramblas, has taken over as exec at Home restaurant (2100 Market) from Ryan Pollnow, whose stint there only lasted a few months. As the Scoop reports, the menu changes are still in the works, but Tracey has already “added some global flourishes, like Asian-inflected chicken wings.” [Scoop]
