Chef Gabrielle Hamilton of New York’s Prune is coming to Los Angeles to promote her new Bourdain and Batali-approved memoir Blood, Bones & Butter, The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef. Instead of buying the book at your failing neighborhood big box book store, Suzanne Goin is welcoming Hamilton to a public dinner at Lucques, offering both a three-course meal based on the titular ingredients plus a copy of the memoir, all for $95. Harassing the author about the intimate details of her reportedly rebellious life story and getting her to sign the book will be free to those who can brave asking. Reservations for the March 14th dinner can be made at Lucques at 323-655-6277 and you can see the full menu Goin is preparing below.
