If you missed Tyler Kord and Eddie Huang’s rollicking Chinese New Year dinners at No. 7, here’s another chance to get in on the restaurant’s shenanigans. The annual Valentine’s breakfast (for dinner) is planned for Monday night from 6:30 to 10 p.m., and of course it’s no boring egg-and-toast repast. The buffet lineup includes everything from Brussels sprouts to scrambled eggs to fried chicken to shrimp cocktail. The $45 menu includes one mimosa, and you don’t need a reservation.
