It may be Fashion Week, but the city’s been anything but short on political presence. Former President Bill Clinton broke bread with Chelsea at La Petite Maison. Next door, at Michael’s, former veep Al Gore enjoyed a celebratory lunch with his new pal Keith Olbermann. Elsewhere, Representative Nancy Pelosi treated her grandsons (and her Secret Service agents!) to some dessert at Serendipity 3. But there were some real-life stars out as well, from Madonna to Gwyneth. The rest of this week’s celebrity sightings straight ahead.

Michael’s: Media oldies Keith Olbermann and Al Gore power-lunched at the famous old-media hot spot. At one point, Gore ambled over to Barry Diller’s table to brag about his newest employee. [On Media/Politico]
Nello: Sporting a classy pair of sweatpants, Megan Fox joined some friends for an Italian dinner. [Just Jared]
Serendipity 3: Representative Nancy Pelosi was seen giggling and handing out free frozen treats to her grandchilren and on-duty Secret Service agents, just like a socialist would. [Political Style]
