The Brits have really gone bonkers: Not only are they making breast-milk ice cream, but Sam Bompas and Harry Parr, a pair of London lads who make jelly molds in all sorts of crazy shapes, have teamed up with a “space doctor” to create a “Ziggurat of Flavor.” While you roam the giant structure (made with 30 tons of steel), you inhale “vaporized fruit clouds” and then go down a big slide. And here we are glorifying plain ol’ juice stands! Check out the VBS video for a taste of the fair-trade “fruit cloud experience.” Their next project: bringing an iceberg into New York Harbor.
