Unsurprisingly, like many a Missionite, Flour + Water chef Thomas McNaughton uses what little free time he has to try to get outdoors and picnic (likely in Dolores Park, but he doesn’t say), and his go-to supply depot is Bi-Rite. He loves their cheese department, and he tells Mission Local that he loves the random charcuterie that butcher Morgan Maki is always whipping out for him to try. "The products at Bi-Rite are unreal… just the producers and artisans they bring together. It’s kind of hard to screw up and get something bad there."
