Jean-Georges Vongerichten invites The Wall Street Journal into his home kitchen in the Richard Meier building and talks about some of his guilty pleasures (he eats a jar of gummy bears every day and goes to sleep with chocolate in his mouth), favorite meals (at El Bulli, Marea, Tetsuya Wakada's restaurant in Singapore, Auberge de L'ill in Alsace), and the time Phil Suarez handed him a check for $200,000, for JoJo (It was a gift. We didn't use lawyers, we just shook hands). Fun fact: Dude wears a Power Balance bracelet. [WSJ]
