Soon, the entire country will know how to make the sweet treats you adore and stand in line for at Joanne Chang’s trio of Flour bakeries. The unflappable Chang will appear on the Today show tomorrow at 10 a.m. to make her own version of Pop Tarts, and she’ll whip up doughnuts on Friday’s The Martha Stewart Show. We sincerely hope this doesn’t make her coveted cookbook even tougher to find.
