Grub Street broke the news in July about a restaurant called Radish (3465 19th Street) going in across the street from the Lexington Club. Now Tablehopper gets an update about the place, which is going to feature “seasonal New American cuisine” and primarily be focused on breakfast at lunch. Chef Adam Horndeck most recently worked at Fido in Nashville, but he previously lived in S.F., attended CCA, and staged at Ana Mandara, La Folie, and Weird Fish.

For food, some menu highlights will include eggs Benedict and pancakes, a croque-madame with Marin Sun Farms ham, migas, donuts with ice cream, and for lunch, po’boys and spicy kale stew.

They’re aiming for a mid-February opening, and they plan to also host Sunday dinners once or twice a month once they get rolling.
