The wines of Malibu will be showcased this month at Pourtal during “Made in Malibu,” a series of winemaker appearances and tasting events. Yes Napa, there is such a thing as good wine from Malibu, and tonight the Santa Monica wine bar will start the party with a two-hour “social,” offering flights to the public from ten of the best. Tastings will be poured by the winemakers themselves, sold separately in one-ounce pours, and include such Malibu legends as Rosenthal, Semler, and Church Estate Vineyards from 7:00-9:00 P.M.
