Yesterday we told you that Wylie Dufresne wouldn’t replace wd~50’s departed pastry chef Alex Stupak with an outside talent (as he did when he hired Stupak, who had been at Alinea, to take over for Sam Mason), and today a rep for the restaurant confirms that wd~50’s pastry sous-chef Malcolm Livingston will indeed take over Stupak’s post.
