There is quite a bit of chef shuffling at this time of year, and now we have word that Ben Cohn, who stepped into the role of executive chef at Spruce back in August, is stepping out of that roll to spend more time with his family. Original executive chef and partner Mark Sullivan remains, as ever, at the helm, and there may or may not be an immediate replacement for Cohn. [Tablehopper]
