Ever since Anisette closed in October, Alain Giraud has kept pretty busy–he’s popped up at Drago Centro, Test Kitchen, Providence and Cheval Blanc–and now you’ll catch him at First & Hope for a New Year’s Eve blowout, complete with Champagne toasts and a cabaret singer. Consider this yet another preview for his forthcoming Maison Giraud, set to open in Pacific Palisades sometime in 2011. So what’s Giraud’s last meal for 2010?
