What to Eat at Little Brown, a ‘Chocolate’ Bakery From the Max Brenner Founder

It’s no secret that Oded Brenner is obsessed with chocolate; now, early in the New Year, the Max Brenner founder will open Little Brown Chocolate Bakery & Coffee on the Upper East Side. Brenner’s “love affair” with both the cacao and coffee beans is proclaimed in large letters on the wall of the 25-seat casual bakery, where you’ll be able to eat in or order to go. Potable options include organic Kobricks coffee — mocha is the signature roast and drinks focus on chocoholic options such as a Nutella latte. To eat, find chocolate-and-yogurt fruit parfaits, pastries like a chocolate-cream pretzel, and some savory choices in the form of sandwiches and salads. The café will serve breakfast all day and peddle Little Brown–branded chocolate goodies to take home. Have a peek at the full menu below.
