If you know anything about Tyler Kord, the madcap chef of No. 7 and its affiliated sub shop, not to mention the new Weather Up Tribeca, it’s that he’s got a thing for potato chips. So we’re not surprised to see them put to novel use (in a seviche of Spanish mackerel and Brussels sprouts, and as a snack with “special sauce”) on the cocktail bar’s food menu, which officially launches at 8:30 p.m. tomorrow night, after a private event. Take a gander at the full menu, which features equally eclectic riffs on caviar and oysters, and the cocktail and wine lists, to determine what might pair best with Kord’s broccoli rillettes.
