There will no bogarting of the yuletide cheer this Christmas at P.Y.T. To make it a truly high holiday, owner Tommy Up has introduced what he’s calling the Pineapple Express Burger, which he’s serving Christmas Eve, Christmas day and on Sunday, December 26. Like the storyline of its namesake, the Pineapple Express — a burger topped with grilled maple “blazed” ham, Swiss cheese, juicy grilled pineapple and barbecue sauce — is a stoner’s fantasy run amok. The descriptive prose alone that Up uses in the email announcing the burger’s arrival is enough to give you a contact high.

In his own words, Up writes of the Pineapple Express burger:

“This is like if that Blue Oyster stuff met that Afghan Kush I had, and they had a baby… And then meanwhile, that crazy Northern Lights stuff I had and the Super Red Espresso Snowflake met and had a baby… And by some miracle, those two babies met, this would be what they birthed. It’s like the rarest. It’s almost a shame to eat it. It’s like killing a unicorn. With like a bomb.”
