The Grove on Its Way Shortly, Lers Ros Later in Hayes Valley

The Grove, Hayes Valley (Hayes & Franklin) is putting on the finishing touches and hoping to be open before January, according to the Scoop. Like its other two popular locations in the Marina and Yerba Buena, the menu should be pretty much the same – omelets, bagels, pressed sandwiches, mac-n-cheese, etc. But news also broke today about the neighboring space in the same new building, where Tenderloin Thai restaurant Lers Ros has signed on either to open a second location, or to relocate at 307 Hayes. That build-out has barely begun on that, so expect that opening in the spring. Also on its way in the complex is Gregory Dunmore’s Nojo, a Japanese izakaya-type thing, also probably not due before spring.
