Last spring, we wondered if Chipotle’s massive “Burritofication” buildup was marring our taco town and seeing the damage done to the colonial character of All-American Burger have our answer, although we’re sure they’re way more sustainable than the mediocre burger joint ever was. Perhaps in a reversal of fortunes, West L.A.’s La Salsa is turning into a business named Rojas Eatery, which we can only hope will bring improved Mexican to the former site of oh-so-much average fast food.
