There were a whole lot of new restaurants this year … and just as many closures. Looking at Squid Ink’s list of 2010’s debuts and shutters, it’s hard to imagine Hatfield’s reopened in February, that Hollywood got Delphine, and that Tinga started wowing taco lovers on La Brea. And that we lost places like Anisette, Grace and The Hump. The cycle continues. [Squid Ink]
