Waiting around for the city…
Though the Haymarket Pub & Brewery had hoped to open today, it looks like the massive new West Loop complex has had to push back the opening to at least this weekend, and probably next week. The issue? Co-owner John Neurauter told us that the restaurant is “ready to roll,” but they are waiting for the health and liquor inspections from the city.
