It’ll still be a couple months until it opens, but the videos from GT Fish & Oyster keep coming. This time chef Giuseppe Tentori and Boka Partner Kevin Boehm brought in David LeFevre from Water Grill in Los Angeles and seafood expert, Scott Alderson, to have have an “East Coast vs. West Coast Throwdown.” This, of course, turns into a conversation of Biggie vs. Tupac. Luckily, this all means we get to watch chefs cook while listening to Hypnotize, which is never a bad thing. Along the way they sample different versions of mussels, chowder, and crab cakes.
