Christmas Eve’s traditional Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes will be celebrated next Friday with pre-fixes dinners at Drago Centro and Providence, L.A. Times reports today, giving two tempting choices for seven swimmers prepared with precision. Gary Robins, the esteemed chef popping up for just a few more days at Georgio’s Cucina, who has delighted Jonathan Gold for years, is also preparing a feast for La Vigilia Di Natale that same night, beginning with ostriche on the half shell with prosecco gelée and black caviar and ending on a seasonal desserts.
