Yes, the only dude we’re more excited about landing in L.A. than Santa and his crew, Spanish molecular gastro-phenom Ferran Adria is joining Jose Andres and Basque legend Juan Mari-Arzak at the SLS Hotel on January 3rd for a public panel discussion called “Tools of Today, Foods of Tomorrow.” How do you get in?
The talk will explore technology and innovations in food, with a cocktail reception to follow and comes on the heels of a visit to Andres’ two new restaurants at Las Vegas’s Cosmopolitan Hotel. Much like Santa appearing at The Grove, there’s even a photo opp available with these three maestros of Spanish cuisine. Unlike Santa, whispering in Arzak’s ear probably won’t get you a Sous Vide Supreme, but don’t let us stop you. The event is free, but you must RSVP via email.
