Grass-fed, organic chain Elevation Burger tells us its first New York City location will open this Saturday, and we have more news about the Counter’s debut as well. Contrary to a tipster’s earlier report that it has already soft-opened, we’re told it’s in previews, and next Monday is the first day, with a possible soft opening to the public over the weekend. It turns out those clipboard checklists aren’t the only similarity to 4Food. In true Times Square fashion, there’ll be a 66-foot-long LED ticker displaying full-color, high-resolution hamburger shots, though you won’t be able to upload your own snaps (laaaame!). Other things unique to the NYC location: spiked milkshakes, of course! The place managed to snag a full liquor license, and it’ll be open till midnight most days and till 1 a.m. on weekends. Have another look inside below.
