French-born Geoffrey Ghanem, owner of Shiloh’s Kosher Steakhouse on Pico, is opening a new restaurant close by called 26 by Shiloh’s. The new place will concentrate on dairy dishes, with thin-crust, kosher wood-fired pizza and handmade pasta taking center stage, backed by a full bar and additions like table-side flambe and appetizers like baked fig with a cheese crust. European fish dishes and salads will also figure prominently, with everything adhering to strict kosher standards.
