Yo!Sushi, the very popular British chain sushi restaurant, is planning on opening 10 to 12 outlets in the Chicago area. It’s ultimately most famous for allowing patrons to pick their own sushi off a conveyor belt that wraps around the dining area, which isn’t as insane as it sounds. There is no confirmed date of opening, but the company is apparently looking in River North, Streeterville, Gold Coast, the Loop, and Lincoln Park. [Eater]
