Chinatown’s Yakitori Boy, Philly’s first Japas joint, is serving a menu this week that’s inspired by dishes served at a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The East-meets-West mash-up features flavors familiar to the holiday, but with a Japanese izakaya twist. Some of the featured dishes include miso carrot ginger soup, corn yakitori, cranberry chicken teriyaki, wasabi mashed potatoes, pumpkin tempura with sea salt and a pumpkin martini. Yakitori Boy is offering the menu nightly through Saturday.
