What to Eat at Eric Hara’s 9, Serving Skate Schnitzel and Duck-Fat Fries Tomorrow

Turns out Octavia’s Porch isn’t the only new restaurant that plans to serve matzoh-ball soup. Eric Hara, who left Fishtail last year and moved to the Oak Room, is now a chef and partner at Agua Dulce (he replaces Ulrich Sterling, best known for his letter to Time Out).
