Tomorrow is shaping up to be whirlwind day for Philly’s Top Chef fans. Last season’s winner Kevin Sbraga is leading a shopping expedition and cooking demonstration at Reading Terminal Market, and Jennifer Carroll, who made it to the competition’s final four in season six (and returns for another shot at the top honors in Bravo’s latest edition to the franchise) is hosting a premiere party at 10 Arts for Top Chef: All Stars. Sbraga’s shopping tour begins at 11 a.m., and at 12 noon he will begin showing participants how to cook chestnut soup, cinnamon marshmallow, duck confit and more at the Market’s La Cucina.

Sbraga’s shopping and cooking demo costs $100. Reservations can be made by contacting La Cucina directly.

Starting at 7 p.m. Carroll and her staff, along with 10 Arts culinary director Eric Ripert (a Top Chef: All Stars judge) will begin meeting and greeting fans in the restaurant’s lounge and dining room. Carroll will serve a special $75 tasting menu that includes some of the dishes she created on Top Chef, along with her a al carte menu and complimentary tastes of her favorite cocktail. Ripert will sign copies of his new book Avec Eric: A Culinary Journey with Eric Ripert.
