Garces Trading Company
Garces Trading Company, the restaurant, market and café from Iron Chef Jose Garces, is hosting the first in new series of wine and cheese pairing classes tomorrow, and there are still reservations available. The $65 fee covers all the course’s materials and study aids, which this time around includes 12 cheeses from GTC’s extensive collection and 12 wines that will be paired with them. The class starts at 5:30 p.m. Call for reservations.
