Hey look! Condé Nast is gettin’ the team back together! For Gourmet Live’s Thanksgiving edition, Si Newhouse et al. fired up the old Gourmet test kitchens (which look like they have not changed much since the magazine closed, and will soon belong to Bon Appétit), brought in some former mag staffers, and put together an old-fashioned Thanksgiving menu. And they put together a video about shooting it — with blowtorches! — that you can watch below.
