It appears that the Brooklyn Whole Foods, that has in the past looked all but dead in the toxic Gowanus water, is back on track, at least according to an e-mail from one of the chain’s executives to the community board. In addition to all the kale, carrots, and quinoa that Brooklynites can handle, the store — which will be located at Third Avenue and 3rd Street — will also have a charging station for electric vehicles and a rooftop greenhouse whenever it opens.
