With the release of their umpteenth listicle for 2010, Food & Wine appears intent on dominating the field of national food listicles, and has officially given us a case of listicle fatigue. Today’s list of the Best Restaurant Dishes of 2010 follows on their list of best new restaurants, an earlier list of best restaurant dishes under $12; a recent list of “big food thinkers“; their annual and well regarded list of Best New Chefs; a staggering list of 100+ places to try around the world; and an even earlier list of best new Italian spots; and several others. That said, Grub Street SF is pleased to see the great showing of Bay Area restaurants on the new dish list, with Osteria Stellina, Gather, and Saison all representing. Also honored are Coppa in Boston, Torrisi in NY, and Jam in Chicago. Congrats, kids, for what it’s worth.
