West Hollywood haunt Dominick’s has decided to close this week, following a kitchen fire that occurred over the weekend. The restaurant’s website says a reopening might come as soon as this coming Monday, but a rep for the restaurant tells us Dominick’s will take a few weeks off to “refresh” the restaurant and kitchen, which hopefully won’t alter the charm of the 1948-established Rat Packy restaurant too dramatically. Owners, who renovated the space in 2004, promise a grand re-opening party once the cosmetic construction is complete. Meanwhile, the cuisine of Brandon Boudet can still found over at Little Dom’s.
