Apparently, getting kicked off of the first episode of Next Iron Chef doesn’t disqualify you from entering Kitchen Stadium. The Foundry’s Eric Greenspan will take on Bobby Flay on the Food Network’s Iron Chef, on November 21st. Crickets won’t serve as Greenspan’s challenge this time, as the two chefs will see what they can do with goose meat while cooking-off head-to-head. How much you wanna bet he gooses Flay with a variation on his famous grilled cheese? Really, we wouldn’t count Greenspan out of anything after he whooped ass on more experienced bakers like Sherry Yard, Mark Peel, and Akira Hirose with his Elvis Moon Pie during a pastry quickfire competition last October.
