Save a few of our favorite mariscos mobiles and fish taco trucks, the current fad of serving seafood from a vehicle, like Shrimp Pimps, Fish Lips, and Lobsta Truck, hasn’t exactly convinced us there’s a place yet for these fish out of water. But if anyone can turn those doubts around, it’s Hungry Cat’s David Lentz. The chef, fresh from raising funds with his wife Suzanne Goin at L.A. Loves Alex’s Lemonade, will take over Cart For a Cause tomorrow on Main Street Santa Monica, offering a ten-dollar menu that will benefit Meals on Wheels. From 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, catch a ten-dollar lunch featuring a crab louie roll and fish tacos with pickled vegetables, along with a creative fall salad, cookie, and drink at 1776 Main Street. See Lentz’s full menu below.
