The Herald teases us with more news of a brand-new locally brewed beer slated to hit shelves soon. It’s called Infinium, a “sparkling, deep golden brew” with the “mouthfeel of champagne.” Sounds elegant; sells for about $19.99. Sam Adams is pairing with Weihenstephan of Bavaria (the world’s oldest brewery) to create the libation. It’ll be brewed at the Samuel Adams brewery in JP and will debut in the upcoming weeks.
