Now that butchering is all the rage, its no surprise that at least two reporters went and slaughtered their own turkeys: Abram Sauer does it the loud and messy way, by visiting a Wisconsin farm for an Esquire slideshow, and Ariel Kaminer of the Times hits an Ozone Park slaughterhouse to do it the humane way, though it still leaves her rattled.
