What to Eat at the Brooklyneer, Now Serving Brooklyn Pickle Platters to Manhattanites
Photo: Melissa Hom
As mentioned last week when we spoke to the owners, Manhattan’s new Brooklyn tribute restaurant, the Brooklyneer, is introducing its food menu this week. We thought we’d give you a look, along with a tour of the space, in case you’re wondering what Coney Island boardwalk wood looks like once it’s transformed into a bar. On the menu, you’ll find the inevitable “Brooklyn pickle platter,” as well as a map of Kings County showing where ingredients such as Mama O’s Kimchee Slaw and Anarchy in a Jar preserves come from. The beer list does Brooklyn proud, as well — check it out below.
