Blackfish may be located in the burbs, but chef-owner Chip Roman’s reputation as one of the region’s top culinary talents makes getting a reservation at the Conshohocken-based BYOB a little more difficult than other suburban spots. Now that Roman has re-introduced lunch service Tuesdays through Fridays, finding a seat at his restaurant just got a little bit easier. Roman’s lunch fare includes soups, salads and sandwiches with a creative tilt, as well as more sophisticated options, like his chicken pot pie and pumpkin agnolotti. His Big Burbs Burger ranked as one of the best on Inquirer critic Craig LaBan’s list of favorites.
