Michelin-starred restaurant kitchens must be immaculate, right? Not always, says Mission Local, who created a handy little chart of all the current cityside Michelin star holders and how they scored in their most recent health inspections. Two-star Coi scored 90 out of 100, with a couple of unspecified low-level violations. Saison, Acquerello, the Dining Room at the Ritz, and Aziza all had perfect scores, and of the group La Folie had the lowest score, though not all that low at 84. [Mission Local]
