Should you stop in 10 Arts on a Saturday and discover a dizzying array of mind-blowing sugary creations spread out as far as the eye can see, you should know that you are not bearing witness to an Oompa Loompa insurrection. It’s simply pastry chef Monica Glass’s newly created Sucre: The Dessert Bar. It is set up in the middle of the restaurant every Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m., and features a staggering display of pumpkin macaroons, macadamia nut brittle, plum ginger yogurt panna cotta, white chocolate pomegranate cupcakes, s’mores tarts and literally dozens of other cavity-causing treats. For $20 you can indulge your sweet tooth with five selections and a complimentary cup of hot chocolate, glass of champagne or other beverage.
