It’s the economy again.

This morning we heard the sad news that May Street Market would be closing abruptly on Saturday. It seemed odd for a restaurant that had just celebrated its fifth year in West Town. But talking to Steve Dolinsky, General Manager Hanid Benna said that economy was too much to take: “Why suffer and make our staff suffer? We’ve done a great job for five years, but we can only do so much.” [WBEZ]
