Triptych Up for Sale in SoMa, Several Other Places Too

Are you an idle investor, chef, or restaurateur looking for a new property to buy? Then you may be interested to see that a space is available in what was once a restaurant dead zone (Folsom Street between 7th and 8th) but has recently become a veritable foodie mecca, with the openings of Citizen’s Band, Radius, and the earlier arrivals of Terroir and Spencer on the Go. That space is Triptych (1155 Folsom), and though the place is still open, it’s up for grabs for $149K and the restaurant’s days of serving “Low-Carb Steak” and arugula salads are numbered.

The Scoop also reminds us today that RNM remains on the market for the recently reduced price of $295K, and the Washington Square Bar & Grill, with almost twice the square footage, is for sale for for $400K. Both have full liquor licenses. Also, Shanghai 1930, which shuttered way back in January, is for lease.
