EMM Group, the folks behind Tenjune and Abe & Arthur’s, have appointed Top Chef’s Hung Huynh (or “Hyun,” as the Post misspells it) to head up the kitchen not only at Lexington Brass, as their midtown project is being called, but also the Hamptons space that recently housed Lily Pond and Resort. Hung was last seen launching Ajna Bar; it’s uncertain how this affects his possible Oakland collaboration with Michael Huynh. Bowery Boogie reports that the other Huynh has closed Bia Garden and is in the process of turning it into Asian taco spot Chinito.
