Get ready Philadelphia, the Ripper (nee Eric Ripert) is coming to town for a rare appearance at his local outpost, 10 Arts, on Thursday, October 14, and he’s teaming up with his protégé, Top Chef alum, Jennifer Carroll for a special dinner that will focus on sustainable seafood. Throughout the five-course dinner, Ripert and Carroll will mix and mingle with guests to explain the differences in the varieties of seafood being served, and convey the importance of sustainability. The dinner will cost $85 per person and for an additional $65 will include wine pairings, selected by James Bear Award-winning chef sommelier Aldo Sohm.
