You can’t get this pho for a while…

After receiving a citation on October 5 for “flying insects, mice and food temperatures” issues, Pho Viet was shut down yesterday by Mayor Daley’s Dumpster Task Force. Apparently the situation had actually gotten worse as a leak had sprung in the roof, which then seeped into the kitchen and over the cold food service line. The restaurant will be closed until all of the issues are fixed. May we suggest eating at Tank Noodle instead? [Crain’s]
