Bearing the exact same name as that new Olio e Limone-spawned pizza spot in Santa Barbara, West Hollywood’s Olio Pizzeria opens for dinner tonight on Third Street. Chef Bradford Kent plans three types of dough and a host of dishes to all be cooked in a wood-burning oven, like the one he used to bring to Manhattan Beach’s farmers market, including pancakes and danishes. The place is tiny, with only four tables both in and outdoors, and is yet to secure a liquor license. Open at 5:00 P.M. at 8075 W. Third St. West Hollywood. 323-930-9490. [Eater]
