Cheesemonger and former Jardinière garde manger Sarah Dvorak is opening a new cheese-loving shop/café on Valencia called Mission Cheese. As Tablehopper reports, the new location (736 Valencia) between 18th and 19th will have 30 seats and will serve beer and wine along with a limited menu, and, obviously, cheese. Dvorak is aiming to open by March 2011. And to boot, it will be just doors down from another cheese-friendly newcomer: Antica Pizzeria Napoletana. [Tablehopper]
